Classic Doula Care

Prenatal & postpartum visits as well as birth support.

Your support begins long before labor. We'll connect for at least two prenatal visits, with at least one attended by your backup doula, to build your birth preferences, deepen your birth education, and practice comfort measures together. By the time labor begins, you'll feel informed, prepared, and supported.
Starting at 38 weeks, I will be on call 24 hours a day so you always know support is within reach. When labor begins, I will provide continuous, unlimited support for both you and your partner every step of the way.
The postpartum period deserves just as much care as the birth itself. I will visit one to two times after birth, with at least one visit within that first week, to support you wherever you need it most while honoring the peace and privacy of your growing family.

Already had your baby but need support? I am there for you.

Postpartum support is tailored to your family's unique needs. I offer guidance on feeding, newborn care, soothing, and sleep — as well as partner support, sibling adjustment, light housekeeping, and errands. I am also happy to care for baby so you and your partner can get the rest you deserve. A pre-visit consultation ensures every session is built around your goals and preferences.
